Terms and conditions

These General Conditions apply to all collaborations, services, and creative work provided by WNDR. By partnering with us, you agree to these terms. We believe in open communication and honest collaboration, so we’ve kept these conditions as straightforward as possible. 

1. Quotes & Proposals

Validity: All our quotes and proposals are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless stated otherwise.
Agreement: A project officially starts once we receive your written approval (via email) of the quote, alongside any requested deposit.

2. Deadlines & Collaboration

Teamwork: Great design takes collaboration. To meet agreed deadlines, we rely on you to provide necessary materials, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner.
Delays: If a delay occurs due to late feedback or missing assets from your end, the project timeline will be adjusted accordingly. We cannot be held responsible for resulting delays.

3. Revisions & Changes

Feedback Rounds: Unless specified otherwise in our proposal, our creative process includes two (2) rounds of revisions within the original scope of the project.
Out of Scope: Any additional revisions, major structural changes, or extra features requested outside the initial agreement will be charged at our standard hourly rate. We will always notify you and get your approval before starting any extra work.

4. Pricing & Payment

Deposits: For most projects, we require a 50% advance deposit before we schedule or begin any work. The remaining 50% is invoiced upon project completion or before final files are delivered.
Payment Terms: All invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date.
Late Payments: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to pause ongoing work or suspend active services until the balance is settled.

5. Intellectual Property & Copyright

The Process: All intermediate sketches, concepts, and working files (e.g., raw design files) that are not part of the final choice remain the exclusive intellectual property of WNDR.
The Deliverable: Upon final payment, the copyright and usage rights of the selected, final design transfer to you for the agreed purpose.
Portfolio Use: We love showcasing our work. WNDR retains the right to display the completed designs, case studies, and project visuals on our website, social media, and portfolio for promotional purposes, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in advance.

6. Cancellation & Termination

Early Termination: If you decide to cancel the project before completion, you will be invoiced for the hours already invested and work completed up to that point, with a minimum fee equal to the non-refundable deposit.

7. Liability

Final Check: We do our absolute best to ensure everything is perfect. However, the final check of all copy, text, and artwork before production (printing or going live) is your responsibility. WNDR is not liable for errors (such as typos or printing mistakes) once final approval has been given by you.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Belgian law. Any disputes arising from our collaboration will be settled under the jurisdiction of the Belgian courts.
