At WNDR, we believe in great design, clear communication, and absolute honesty. That applies to your personal data too. We keep our privacy practices straightforward: we only collect what is strictly necessary to do our job, and we protect it like it's our own.

WNDR is run by Daneel Bogaerts and Nele Carlier. We are responsible for your data, and our legal basis for handling it is to perform our work with you, to reply to you, and to meet our legal obligations.

How we work

• Purpose-driven: We only ask for information that helps us deliver our creative work or get in touch with you. No unnecessary forms, no hidden data collection.
• 100% Private: Your details stay with us. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for commercial marketing. We do rely on trusted providers (such as hosting) who process data on our behalf to keep things running.
• Keep it temporary: We don't hoard data. Once your project is finished and our legal administrative obligations are met, we securely clean up our files.

You are in control

Your data belongs to you. You can ask us at any time to see what information we have on file, to update it, to transfer it, or to delete it entirely. The only things we can't erase right away are details we are legally required to keep for tax, business administration, or security purposes. If you ever feel we've mishandled your data, you can also file a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
